How can I whitelist a particular device, allowing access globally? (Discontinued)

A particular device, such as a USB storage device, can be allowed globally by adding it to a custom class. Identifying the device in the custom class can be done based on the device type, the device class (according to its VID, PID etc.), or the unique device (according to its SN).
