Why Endpoint Protector detects my Scanner device as a camera?

A Scanner device connected to your PC will be detected by Endpoint Protector exactly in the same way as it appears in Windows Explorer (in the "My Computer" folder). Even if it is usually recognized as a mass storage device, there are situations in which certain type of Scanner devices are recognized as cameras by the computer to which they are connected.
